Course Overview:
The Supply Chain Management Skills Training Course is a 15-week, non-credit professional development program designed to equip learners with the essential knowledge and tools needed to excel in modern supply chain roles. Delivered fully online in an asynchronous format, the program provides a structured three-module pathway covering operations, supply management, logistics, and sustainability fundamentals.
Learners gain hands-on exposure to supply chain concepts including procurement, quality, forecasting, logistics flow, and strategic sourcing—skills increasingly required across manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and global trade environments.
Scholarships and Grants are available for residents of Lee, Collier, Hendry, Glades, and Charlotte counties.

Instructor: Dr. Rajesh Srivastava,, is Professor of Supply Chain Management in the Lutgert College of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU). He chairs the Information Systems, Analytics & Supply Chain Department and serves as Director of the Center for Supply Chain Excellence, with over 30 years of experience in supply chain education and training.
Add/Drop Policy: Students are eligible for a full refund if communicated within week 1 via email to our office as well as the instructor of record. Students dropped from the course will no longer have access to course materials and are ineligible for any credentials related to the course if/when a refund is provided.
Students are required to complete introductory assignments or acknowledgment of enrollment within 1 week of the course start date. Failure to do so will result in the student being dropped from the course/program without refund.
Cancellation Policy
If a program is canceled, you will be notified by email and phone and issued a full refund within 20 business days. Individuals who cancel after the start of a program will not receive a refund. No refunds will be granted after a student accesses the online course materials or 30 days after registration, whichever comes first.
